Impression Foundry writes executive resumes and LinkedIn profiles for senior professionals.
Led by an executive with extensive Fortune 500 hiring experience, the studio brings the hiring-side perspective to every document.
The Impression, an executive resume, $695.
The Full Impression, resume and LinkedIn, $945.
The work itself
A common problem with senior resumes is that they document a career instead of positioning one for what comes next. Positioning is editorial work. It means understanding the roles you want and what they require, choosing the accomplishments that carry the most weight for that direction, finding the themes that connect the work, and giving your evidence of scope and impact the space it deserves. Every engagement is built around those decisions. The writing matters, but the judgment behind it matters more.
Every engagement is developed individually, with direct access to the studio from the first question to final delivery. The work begins with understanding your career, weighs what will matter most for the roles you want, and drafts every document with care. Discovery happens through an intake process designed to fit around demanding schedules. Every engagement is personally directed and handled by the founder. There is no outsourced writing team.
The Impression:
Executive Resume. $695.
The Impression is a complete rebuild of your resume, led by positioning: what should lead, what stays, and how your record reads to the people making the decision. It begins with an intake that efficiently captures your career and your target roles, and it ends with a document that leads with evidence, reads quickly and clearly for busy reviewers, and is formatted with common applicant-tracking-system parsing practices in mind.
What is included:
An intake designed around your target roles
A complete rewrite, built from your career record
Formatting designed for straightforward ATS parsing and clear human readability
A first draft within 5 business days of your completed intake
One revision round, open for 30 days after your draft arrives
Final files in Word and PDF
Covered by the 60-Day Rewrite Commitment, described below
The Presence:
LinkedIn Profile. $345.
Senior searches move in two directions: sometimes you apply with a resume, and sometimes a recruiter comes looking. In either case, your LinkedIn profile often shapes the first impression, or serves as the place a recruiter goes next to confirm what the resume claims. The Presence rewrites the profile itself: finished replacement copy for your headline, about section, experience entries, and skills, aligned with your resume and your target roles, delivered with simple notes for applying it. Updating takes minutes, and your LinkedIn login is never needed.
What is included:
Finished replacement copy for headline, About, experience, and skills, written as one story
Alignment with your resume and the roles you want next
Simple implementation notes
A first draft within 5 business days of your completed intake
One revision round, open for 30 days after your draft arrives
The Full Impression: Resume + LinkedIn. $945.
A recruiter often encounters a candidate in two places: the resume and the LinkedIn profile, and the two should tell one coherent story about your career. The Full Impression is built for that. The resume is written first; once you approve it, the profile follows, aligned to it, with each document carrying its own drafting window. Exact timing varies with how quickly intake and reviews move, and general guidance arrives with your confirmation.
The studio deliberately takes on only what can be done well. Impression Foundry is a focused practice, with every engagement directed and reviewed by the founder. The Full Impression includes everything in The Impression and The Presence, at $95 less than purchasing them separately.
How the work is built.
The process is not the same as the paperwork.
Before any language is refined, five decisions get made.
1. Define the destination.
The work begins with the roles you are pursuing. A resume written without a destination tends to become a biography. Positioning requires a point of view about what comes next.
2. Find the evidence.
Your career is read for the moments that best demonstrate scope, progression, business impact, leadership, and the capabilities that matter for that destination.
3. Establish the hierarchy.
Not every accomplishment deserves equal space. The studio decides what should lead, what belongs in support, what can be compressed, and what no longer earns room.
4. Build the narrative.
The document is drafted so the summary, the experience, and the evidence reinforce one another instead of reading as disconnected chapters.
5. Review from the hiring side.
Before delivery, the document is reread the way a hiring executive reads it: What level is this person operating at? What have they changed? How large is the scope? What evidence supports the claims? Why does this background make sense for the target?
Then the writing gets its final polish.

Add-ons
Add-ons for full engagements; mention what you would like in your order request, and the confirmation will include it.
Cover letter. $125. Written for a specific role or for similar roles you are pursuing. Available with any full engagement.
Executive bio. $195. A one-page narrative suitable for board materials, speaking engagements, and introductions. Available with any full engagement.
Rush delivery. $150. Brings one document's first draft to 2 business days from your completed intake. For The Full Impression, rush applies to the resume phase.
Additional revision round. $95. A further round of refinements for the original target roles. Available during your engagement or within 60 days of final delivery.
Capacity
Every engagement is developed individually, so the studio schedules only as many full engagements as can receive that attention in a given month. When a month is full, this page will say so, and new requests are scheduled for the next opening.
This month: accepting engagements.
The 60-Day Rewrite Commitment
Every resume engagement includes a revision round for refinements to the draft. The 60-Day Rewrite Commitment covers something bigger. If, within 60 days after final delivery, you have been using the resume and want its overall approach rethought for the same target roles, Impression Foundry will rewrite it once without charge. A change of target role or industry is a new engagement rather than a rewrite. The complete terms, including exactly what qualifies, appear in the Terms of Service.
How an engagement works
1. You send a short order request. 2. Impression Foundry replies by email, confirming fit and availability or asking a question first. 3. If you decide to proceed, the studio confirms the engagement and sends a secure payment request by email. Your intake questionnaire follows, and the 5-business-day drafting window begins at your completed intake.
