We do not publish, name, or reference clients or use client documents, career information, stories, or outcomes in marketing without written permission.

We do not sell client personal information or disclose it to third parties for their own targeted advertising or marketing.

Client information and materials are used and disclosed only as described in the Privacy Policy, including where reasonably necessary to respond to a request, perform an engagement, operate and secure the studio, work with service providers and technology tools, obtain confidential professional advice, protect or enforce legal rights, complete a lawful business transaction, or comply with applicable law or legal process.

Access to client information within Impression Foundry is limited to the founder and the service providers reasonably necessary to operate the studio and perform engagements.

Our Privacy Policy explains these practices, including our use of service providers, AI-assisted tools, data retention, security measures, Google Analytics, and your privacy choices.
