About the studio.
The perspective and experience behind the work.
The perspective
Impression Foundry has grown largely the way the work began: through one person recommending it to another. Many clients arrive having already heard something about the judgment behind the work and the difference it can make.
Lee, the studio’s founder, brings years of experience leading teams, hiring at volume, and evaluating candidates across functions, industries, and levels. That perspective shapes everything the studio writes: what a reader on the hiring side notices, which evidence earns attention, and how a strong career should read on paper when decisions are being made.
How this became a studio
For most of the past decade, long before it had a name, this practice ran on referrals. It began with friends and colleagues asking for help: a resume rebuilt before a big application, an interview prepared for, an offer thought through. The results spoke, and word traveled: friends referred their friends, and eventually people the founder had never met were reaching out with the same request. The advice that followed nearly every engagement was the same: this should be a business.
Impression Foundry is that business: the same judgment and care that built a decade of word-of-mouth requests, now given a studio, a process, and a standard.
How the studio works
Every engagement is developed individually, with direct access to the studio from the first question to final delivery. The work begins with understanding your career, weighs what will matter most for the roles you want, and drafts every document with care. Discovery happens through an intake process designed to fit around demanding schedules.
Confidentiality
Discretion is a working standard here. Impression Foundry does not publish or identify clients in marketing, and the Confidentiality Promise in the footer states the full commitment.
