What happens after you
send the request

1. Within a few minutes of sending, a short acknowledgment lands in your inbox, so you know the request arrived.

2. Within one business day, Impression Foundry replies: confirming fit and availability, asking a clarifying question, or, when the studio is not the right fit, saying so and suggesting another direction where possible.

3. If you decide to proceed, the studio sends a secure payment request by email, restating the engagement, the price, the turnaround, the included revision round, and the applicable cancellation terms. Once payment is complete, work begins: the intake questionnaire goes out the same day, and the 5-business-day clock begins at your completed intake.

Every request is read and answered individually. Resumes and personal information are handled under the studio's Confidentiality Promise.
